Young Democrats or YDs, are a group of 18-35 year olds that have come together to channel our passions and energies into an effective organization for progressive change.

Not only have the YDs worked to pass initiatives like NC House Bill 91, which now allows new voters to register up to three days before Election Day, but we have also worked to put State & Local officials in office, as well as Congressional Representatives, Senators and we even played a large part in turning North Carolina Blue in the Presidential election.

We are the movers and shakers.
